Regular dental visits are essential to make sure oral health problems - from tooth decay to oral cancer - are detected and treated in a timely manner. At our office, your oral health is our paramount concern. We want to make sure your teeth stay healthy, function well and look great! The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience. Dr. Fowler has been providing outstanding dental care since 1990. He is a 1979 graduate of Franklin Simpson High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science at Western Kentucky University in 1984, and his doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1989.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 36-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
