This was our third orthodontist for this child, due to moves and an array of orthodontic issues. We tried to be understanding during COVID, as it was very challenging to book appointments, etc. during that time. However, long after lock down and mask mandates eased up, booking appointments was truly challenging. We were told multiple times that "braces would be off" and then go to appointment only to find no, there would be further delays. Parents weren't allowed in with kids, so constantly trying to find someone on phone was challenging. Never did get to speak with actual doctor after MULTIPLE

I had my first visit / consultation today and I couldn't be more pleased with your office. Not only was it clean and easy to find, everyone in the office was very friendly and the care was excellent!!!. I left feeling confident and excited about getting braces. That alone made the visit worthwhile. If you are in need of a orthodontics care I recommend Norwalk Orthodontics.

A remarkable practice!! We came in for new retainers, and found a welcoming, high energy, and seamless experience from the front desk to the reclining chair for molds! I especially appreciated the attention to details and desire to get to know us as new patients even though we only needed replacement retainers. Everyone working here represented some of the kindest and most skilled health professionals I have met. I also loved their willingness to talk financial details in a separate office space which I think gives patients more space and comfort to reflect on cost and payment plans. I cannot recommend

After having braces as a teenager and diligently wearing my retainers for quite a long time afterward, they finally needed replacing. Norwalk Orthodontics could get me and my husband in for consultation within three days, and our retainers were ready same-day. But (much, much) more importantly, the office staff are some of the kindest, most welcoming people we have ever met. Everyone we worked with was helpful, patient and made us feel right at home. We’re so glad to be new patients.

A very friendly and welcoming place indeed! When I visited Norwalk Orthodontics yesterday, I was made to feel very comfortable from the reception to all the specialist staff I met. The Doctor explained everything that I wanted to know. I was invited to ask questions during the consultation and afterwards. One of the best office visit of any practice ever! Every person that we made contact with was extremely friendly, courteous and on the ready to assist. The doctors are amazing by taking the time to explain the process step by step and what to expect on the journey. Highly recommend for any needs they treat.
