I called L&L Inspection and spoke to Donald on a Friday. I asked if I can get an inspection for the weekend, he said yes. Donald was very pleasant and professional. I am very please with the inspection Donald did for me. He break down everything down to me so it was easier for me to understand and he answered my questions during the inspection and also over the phone.

My wife and I are purchasing our first home in Ambler. Don came out to do our inspection. Don did such a over-the-top, thorough job. After the inspection he went through every single item and explained with a lot of detail what the issues are, how they could be fixed, and where he could he even give us an idea of the cost of repairs needed to be done. His explanation of every item was accompanied by numerous pictures so we could see and fully understand what he found. He answered every single question. He was incredibly knowledgeable. Getting my home inspected in 2020 was a great experience with this company. I found Donald (the owner) to be honest, patient (as I asked a lot of questions), knowledgeable, empathetic (understanding that I was new at this), kind (treated me like a person not a number), and trustworthy. He made me feel relaxed and at ease during this stressful process of buying a house.

My name is Deon last week Don inspected a home I am in the process of buying. This is my first time buying a home and didn’t know what to expect from the inspection. Don Nagle came highly recommended to me by two friends of mine who purchased homes within the last two years, and he was excellent!! He arrived and started early, was very knowledgeable, and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions before, during and after the inspection (there were many!). Unlike some other inspectors I researched, Don was happy to let me shadow him for the full inspection. He was also very professional and friendly, which made the inspection itself a pleasant experience.

I contacted L&L through Donald on Sunday and had an appointment scheduled and ready to go Monday morning. I arrived at the home at 9:45am for our 10am inspection to find that Donnie had already arrived and begun the outside inspection of the roof. Donnie was extremely professional and also had a great wealth of knowledge. As he walked through each part of the inspection he was able to answer any follow up questions I had. We recently bought a house and were very weary of inspectors recommended to us. A coworker shared L&L Home Inspections and couldn't be happier with results! Don was professional and very informative. He made sure to explain every aspect of the inspection in thorough detail during and on the home inspection report.
