We had contacted AirTox after a home inspection revealed high levels of radon in our newly purchased home. Scheduling and pricing was super easy. The technician, Matt, was amazing. He explained exactly what he was going to do in order to set up the new system. He also explained to me how the system he was putting in would tie into a French drain system that I plan to be putting in in the future. He was definitely thorough and knew his business. We just recently moved to Blue Bell, and got a Radon level reading of 14.6 PCI/L in our basement! I called bunch of different places. And Airotox was the only company that would come out in person which i loved. Matt came out, gave us a diagnosis. Very informative, very thorough. Set the appt, they came out about 3 weeks later. Matt did the entire work himself - took him about 5 hours (installed the entire Radon mitigation system installation). A week later, they came back out to get a reading - it came in at 0.09! less than 1 pci. We paid $1095 (which was one of the cheaper quotes). So not only

Excellent customer service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. They installed a remediation system quickly. We needed the system installed to sell our home and when the results after the first install came back too high they installed a bigger fan for no additional charge and now our house is ready to sell. Very happy with the complete experience, would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Received several quotes from companies that didn't take the time to come inspect my property. Airotox came out, in person, inspected the property, explained their process and was receptive of my many questions. They were highly communicative during the entire process. While prices didn't matter at this point, it didn't hurt that theirs came in the best. Would recommend 10/10.
