I would not recommend. I needed an estate attorney to help with a multi-million dollar estate and had to leave a voice message for a call back.
Two days later did not receive a phone call so I called again. Receptionist put me through to I don’t know where and was disconnected called the main number one more time and it went right in to voice mail.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I would give less than 1 star if possible. We have been calling for a month, with no call back. No call from an assistant, receptionist, etc. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. When you run a business, you have to be responsive- even if it’s to tell your potential client you are not interested. I do not recommend.

My husband and I worked with Matthew Bottoms on wills and estate planning. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy and painless. Should we have any additional legal needs, we will return to this firm. Should anyone ask for a recommendation, we will recommend Matthew without hesitation.
