My philosophy begins with planning in advance, which helps to discourage and eliminate conflicts and hardships in providing care for aging loved ones and administering their estates. In Dr. Seuss', "Oh The Places You'll Go", he talks about how someone should go through life. In that book, he says: "And I know you'll hike far and face up to your problems whatever they are."
Before we can help, we need to know what the problem is. Are you nervous about calling an attorney's office? How about if you could talk to our team for a half hour without charge? That's how we begin. First, let's get together by phone or in person. If, after the first half hour, you or I believe you cannot be helped here, then we'll connect you with the people who can help.
Don't let the state make decisions about your estate. Wills help ensure your children are cared for and your assets are distributed the way you want. Trusts are a great planning tool and they are available for the regular everyday people and can be useful for a client even without a high value in their estate.

At a time when we at out emotional lowest Michele Wilson was able
assist with all the details we had take care of the death of our son.
She was very kind and understanding and easy to work with us.
She handles the legal aspects that were necessary to complete the
probate for our son's estate. We would not have been to complete

Highly recommend Michelle Wilson for estate planning. She is very thorough. Michelle is very easy to talk with and her process of planning gives clients plenty of opportunity to ask questions, understand why things are done the way they are done.
