Our mission is to provide responsive and compassionate representation to families dealing with the death or disability of a loved one. We only handle three types of cases: estates, guardianships and conservatorships, and trusts, because we have dedicated our efforts and our careers to helping people in these situations.
Our firm is unique and dynamic, with one goal in mind: providing responsive, compassionate representation in probate, guardianship and trust cases. Our flat fee structure will be clearly set out in our retainer agreement. If you ask other attorneys "How much is this going to cost me?", the answer will be some variation of "I don't know."
Whatever your family's circumstances, you're here because you're trying to figure out how to sort through an "estate, " which is a legal term for everything owned and owed by a deceased person. We're here to help. As you know by now, when someone you love passes away, there are many legal issues to handle.
Are you worried that you will not receive your fair share of your parent or grandparent's estate? Do you believe that your loved one was tricked into making a fraudulent Last Will and Testament, or that his or her signature was forged? Has the person in charge of the estate refused to give you information, or has he or she been dragging his or her feet in settling the estate?

After agreeing to the scope of work in an engagement letter and accepting my retainer for a Georgia probate matter, Mandy did zero work on my case. As complications grew because this probate included property in multiple states, Mandy refused to respond to phone and email inquiries. Even my FL attorney's emails were ignored. After 2 months of no communication and increasing issues and costs in other states because of Mandy's nonresponse, I was forced to seek other representation. Not surprising, requests for return of my retainer were also ignored. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Attorney Mandy Moyer saved my life. I retained a lawyer to represent me in my filing a petition for guardianship of my mother. His representation was a huge mistake.
