Open Arms serves as the clinical department of a 501(c)(3) a non-profit community-based organization that strives to reduce health disparities among marginalized and underrepresented populations. I drove 3.25 hrs just to come here.
Very great experience, day to go there September, 21,21 and my Dr and everyone was just very caring, and I love the way how everything was in the same building. I’m just happy that now my dreams can come true of me being happy and love myself more and be the guy I was destined to be. Thanks everyone

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Misgenders you. Under-doses on HRT. (I was mistakenly with them for 5 years- because I really didn't have any other options- and they only increased my dosages once.) Doesn't contact you when you need an appointment. Didnt tell me until my meds ran out that I needed to make an appointment. Refused to give me even a month extra while I waited for my appointment. (Thanks for putting me a month behind on my HRT, by the way). This is institutional abuse.

Excellent facility, staff, and resources. 3 trips to the clinic and it is always clean and well kept. From walking in the door to checking out is a good experience, and the staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I feel safe talking with the practitioners and I trust that they have my best interests in mind.

This place is most certainly a jewel! The staff is beyond sweet!!!! The people st the front desk were such a joy to meet and interact with also...unlike the previous clinic I went to. The nurse that took my vitals and the one that did my blood work made me feel at home and like I had known them for years! This is definitely my go to place now!
