The moment you walk in the front desk staff is helpful and attentive. The lab staff are also friendly and great at what they do! One stick is all it takes! And I do NOT like needles! Bloom offers the best medical care for women. Kim Schlagel is the most knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner. Kim has compassion, sympathy and empathy for her patients. Kim takes time with each office visit to listen to her patient’s concerns. She has helped me tremendously. I would recommend Kim Schlagel and the Bloom staff to any woman, at any age, especially those dealing with menopause.
