StoneTree Financial is a California S corporation formed in 2007 and is licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate, Brokers License #01156785. Our founding member has over 30 years of real estate lending experience with companies like Commercial Bank of San Francisco and Pontes Financial Group.
StoneTree's number one priority is the protection of our investors wealth through investments in stable commercial income-producing real estate secured assets. Whether an investment is made in an individual trust deed or through Stone Circle Mortgage Fund, LLC, our number one objective is to secure high-yielding returns & preservation of our investors principal.
StoneTree Financial specializes in originating & funding commercial real estate loans secured by Individual Notes and Deeds of Trust. A majority of the loans funded by StoneTree are in 1st position but on a rare occasion 2nd Deeds of Trust will be considered. Trust Deeds provide the holder of the DT with a known priority (1st position) secured interest in the Real Estate - with the exception of property taxes.
Investing with StoneTree using your IRA or other retirement accounts is a straightforward & rather simple process. Most IRA/retirement account custodians will be able to assist you with the necessary paperwork and making the investment. StoneTree Financial provides an alternative lending source to Borrowers as compared to the traditional lenders such as Banks, Credit Unions & Life Insurance companies. The "Traditional Lenders", when looking at a real estate loan request, predominantly focus their underwriting on the credit worthiness of the borrower - credit, income, tax returns and liquidity.
