We are a local, Puget Sound-area behavioral health clinic, not a huge, impersonal company based in another state.
While we can see our clients via telehealth when necessary, we also believe in meeting with our clients face-to-face when possible, unlike large, online-only therapy clearinghouses. We live and work in this community. We have deep roots here, and we support various local nonprofit organizations. At OPS we listen to our clients with care and compassion.

Olympic Psychology Services is located in the historic "Park Place Building" at the north end of downtown Tacoma, adjacent to Fireman's Park. The building is quickly and easily accessible from both I-5 and I-705. Please note that once inside our building, we have three different suites of offices: the North Suite, the South Suite, and the Upstairs Suite.

For the lay consumer, I know there can be some confusion about all of the different titles used by mental health practitioners. Below, I have made a chart to define some of the confusing terms and initials.
At Olympic Psychology Services, we do our best to provide superior care at the most reasonable possible cost to the client. Premera Blue Cross Most plans. We do not currently contract with Medicaid. However, we are currently in the process of contracting with Medicare; this process may take several months.

I worked with Lisa Hardebeck for several months between in 2012 and 2013. She helped guide me through several incredibly helpful exercises that improved my outlook on life and made it easier for me to accomplish several of my goals at the time. She also went the extra mile to provide me with paperwork I needed several years after I had ended therapy.
