Stan's Towing was contacted by Toyota roadside assistance to assist my daughter in changing a flat tire. Sounds pretty simple. After waiting over an hour in a not so great area... in the dark... near railroad tracks the driver called her and apparently had an incorrect name associated with her car. The driver proceeded to argue with my daughter about the incorrect name and said he's not coming out now. Then comments were made about her being hot? That's professional! My wife called to ask if they can just come and change the tire and the driver argued with my wife on the phone. Finally my son called

They only had one person out towing the day I called, but they handled my repeated phone calls gracefully when I had questions and needed to make adjustments. The tow truck driver was kind, informative, and polite. Only draw back was waiting triple the time frame I was originally told, but overall good service.

Refused to pick up my vehicle from my home for fear that a few bushes would scratch the paint. I've had multiple other tow companies out here with a flat bed and they had no issues getting in and out. None of them have complained about the potential for a scratched paint. I now have to source another tow company and waste my time because of the drivers skill level. If you are that concerned with your trucks precious paint - maybe don't run a tow truck company?

Terrible service. Rainy night stuck on 77N with a flat tire without a spare. Insurance company sent a tow truck. The tow truck driver arrived 2 hours later said he was dispatched for a tire change and not a tow. Driver then stated he could do the tow but for cash only. We already paid insurance company for the tow. Terrible customer service and horrible way to take advantage of someone stuck. Amazing how he could help but only if we paid him extra cash!

On February 7, 2021 my wife Claudia had a flat tire on her Expedition over off of South Hawkins at the AutoZone. We were told that Sean was called in on his day off and I am grateful for this man who performed the tire change in a quickness so that my wife and daughter could get home safely! Needless to say, I also tipped Sean because of his well mannered behavior and professionalism!

Our tow truck driver's name was Sean and he was very efficient on what he did. I have had to get a tow truck driver to unlock my car previous times but I've never seen anyone act so quickly as this guy did, which was under three minutes! I strongly recommend Stans Towing Co!

Worst tow service I've ever experienced. Needed a flatbed they arrived with a regular tow truck then tuck 2 hours to return with a flatbed truck. The tow operator drove my car up the flatbed then handed me my keys back and left my house without the keys. I called to see if he'd need the keys to get the car off the truck and they asked for me to bring them. I told them I could not bring them the keys because my van was on the back of their tow truck and they said it would be an additional two hours before someone comes to get the keys aggressively before hanging up on me. I just called to see how much if at all it would cost to get my truck scanned so that I could potentially give them some business in fixing the problem. After being placed on hold numerous times and everybody but the person who I asked to speak to although he was there picking up the phone was told it would cost me $26.75 for half hour labor ......it don't take 5 minutes let alone half an hour to plug in the OBD II code reader/scanner. Most auto part stores such as Auto Zone, Advance Auto and NAPA Auto Part do it for free, but since I was most likely going to get the problem fixed here I thought

Called yesterday around 6:00 pm. For a tow from my home to repair shop about a mile away. Was told it would be three hours. Given the weather I understood the wait. However after nearly 12 hours without a tow or a call back I called them to find they said I wasn't on the schedule. Basically I was told is was my fault for not calling before 6:00 initially. I was filled in with how much he is burdened at his job. I was asked who I spoke with initially as if that would have fixed things.
