Most impounds require proof of ownership or a release by the police department that impounded the vehicle in order to be released. Owners should bring their title or registration and a photo ID in addition to any other paperwork that may be required. I dont know if you shoukd trust this place. The women on the phone tried fear mongering me. Lord knows what extent their trickery goes.
Shd tried scaring me by saying if the police come and we got to get it than it'll be way more and she was trying to scare me by saying I waa in bad position and stuff.
I personally think by the tone of her voice she knew exactly what she was doing and it wasnt some actual concern for me. Just her trying to get money or for one of the8r drivers

As far as I'm concerned these people are blatant thieves. My kid got in a accident miller towing refused to tow the car home like requested instead took it to the yard. This was less than 5 miles $190.00 plus $10.00 charge for using a card to pay. Then my wife had to argue with the woman at the yard to get the car brought to the house that day like originally requested so we didn't get storage fees. The second tow was 25 miles and $150.00 more plus $10.00 card fee. Took me for 2 tows and tried to get storage out of us.

I can say that I never had a towing company show up early after I have booked them. This one did. They were prompt, very happy for the time of day and very helpful with helping me to find a rental to help out. They really went above and beyond.
