Jim has over 35 years of transportation engineering experience throughout Alabama and the Eastern United States for a diverse range of public and private sector projects. In addition to serving as President/CEO, he also serves as Corporate Ethics Officer and Chief Engineer. He is a registered Professional Engineer in 23 states.
