I have been dining here for 13 years and I agree with Jay K. that if treated as more of a tapas place it's been solid. I'm not wild about their paella but I have a friend who enjoys it very much. Another friend says the lobster ravioli is quite good albeit small. I ordered a seafood pasta on a previous visit that I remember was pretty good. However, last night we dined here with friends for 1/2 price tapas tuesday which in the past was always quite the deal.

You have to sit at the bar or in the back room with loud tvs blasting MTV videos if you want the tapas deal. By the way, all of

Easily 5 stars here!! Been here once before but this visit was very memorable. Came here to celebrate my husbands bier day. Considering with Covid and restaurants short staffed, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Great server Luis and the food was excellent, I had the arrechera. Will definitely be back.

It was incredible! We had tomato soup, lamb, Alfredo and dessert.
Dessert (caramel crepe and tiramisu) was not that great but everything we ordered was delicious!
If you like Clamato try the one here! I’ve had so many in Mexico City but this it was the best I’ve had! We ordered without alcohol.
The waiter was very kind and responsive. The ambiance is a bit dark, very beautiful and decorated so well!
My husband comes here a lot with his dad and was happy to finally make it!

They were a bit off their game tonight. Reservations were made for a special evening and our food arrived well after the hour mark. Not sure if we were the forgotten table but rest assured, our meal was delicious.

Easily one of the best restaurants in the South Bay! Everytime I come here, I am satisfied with my food and dining experience. Our server, Gus, was very attentive and polite. We ordered a few of the tapas, the halibut, salmon linguine and everyone enjoyed their dish.

They have a really great happy hour so if you come at the right time, you can enjoy some delicious tapas at a good price.

I ordered the tortilla soup and it tasted really good! Home made with chunks of cheese! You can tell they put quality into the way they prepare their meals. I also got the guacamole and chips. The chips were really

Not very good. The meat was dry and flavorless. Bad slow not very professional table service and tending.
Purchased two bottles of wine. One was ok and the second one tasted like vinegar.
I'm not coming back.

Vegans beware - you'll be in food jail here. The "info" page is inaccurate in stating that they have vegan options. They also have a completely different menu on Google Maps (that actually has vegan options) that they will not let you order off of in the restaurant.

Your only choice is a single $25 spaghetti dish and the free bread. There is not a single tapa, and not even a salad that is vegan without modification. So while everyone else in your party enjoys tacos, sopes, and tostadas of all different kinds, you can sit and enjoy your bread and glorified spaghetti marinara.

Tuesday date night. Parking lot is always busy in the shopping center. We didn't make reservations but seated right away. Seating was spread out which can affect servers not getting around as much from what I've experienced, but our server did check on us regularly enough. The server brought bread and got us our drinks over pretty quickly. I had a Aperol Spritz at the start and my husband had the tamarindo margarita. We didn't order appetizers since we didn't want to take food home. We got a small Caesar salad to start. It was just enough and tasted like a true Caesar salad

Great food, service, ambiance, and no wait to be seated either. Clean place with an upscale feel to it with the owner walking around chatting with guests. Staff is dressed professionally and polite. Drinks were best I have had in the area and the tapas were unique too!

Went for 5 de Mayo with my boyfriend and we were immediately disappointed. My boyfriend opened the door for me and a server ended up almost pushing me out of the way to go through the door first. We were sat pretty quickly but our server seemed to have been confused as there were two men that introduced themselves as our server which one made it a point to say he was "the better server"
Our drinks took a long time, food was overpriced
Dessert was put in after maybe 20 minutes of waiting and after I made a comment about it.
Wouldn't come back

To start off my review I will state that I do not recommend going to this establishment. The servers here don't have any name tags so good luck getting an honest review about the customer service when referring to particular employees.

Our server strongly implied that I eat a salad, a sexist remark. To which I laughed and said a snarky remark about how I can EAT and my man eats off my plate.

The bread was stale and hard. The balsamic vinegar was nice and you can't really mess that up since it's not from this restaurant. I had wished they added some roasted garlic to the olive

Romesco's is a fusion eatery of Mexican and Italian. If you are a traditional and prescribed eater, you may not fare well here. If you enjoy a palette of medleys then you will find Romesco's concoctions to be curious. The Caeser salad is authentic with anchovy flavor and is a "must have."
Ambience, service and food is well-regarded. Prices are expensive and perhaps a luxury dining experience should be explored instead.
The ravioli was delicious and plentiful. Friendly libation portions. Food portion size was favorable.

Food is ok. Staff is not overly friendly, but welcoming. Service was slow, price for brunch was $27.. I think the brunch is overpriced. Some of the food was fresh and tasty, others were stale and flavorless..I wont be going back any time soon . The best item was the smoked fish . The worst was the dry chilaquiles and the scrambled eggs that were almost crunchy on the edges.

My suggestion is that you stick to the Mexican tapas dishes on the menu, as the entrées and pastas here have consistently disappointed me -- for example, the "Spaghetti Martha" is a pasta dish smothered in a tomato sauce that is so sweet that it tastes like ketchup. The "Asado de Arrachera" is made of a cheap cut of skirt steak and is tough to chew, a legitimate problem when you're paying $30 for a steak.
When I've treated Romesco more like a tapas bar than a regular restaurant, I've been delighted. The late, great Jonathan Gold once described this restaurant's "Bone Marrow Sopes" as "maybe the
