I love this place, their Mariscos seafood is incredible! I always go with the shrimp and octopus cocktail, and a Michelada to go with it. Side fact, I randomly tried their cheeseburger and potato wedges one day...wow! Overall really great place, they have a cool outdoor patio and seating area that is nice and relaxing, and I have always encountered friendly servers. If you are closer to South Bay, they also have a Chula Vista location that is great as well and has Mariachi and Karaoke on Friday nights. I frequent the Spring Valley location....

I’ve been customer of La Sinaloese Restaurant for more than 12 years now, and the food is always good, service is outstanding. But today I noticed the new owner, a middle eastern man, yelling at his employees, walking around the restaurant in a bad mood creating a really high stress ambient. I ate cause I was hungry, but I was stressed just seeing his mad face, again service is always good, but I didn’t appreciated the way the owner was treating the employees. If you are the owner, man, relax! You are a good example of how a business man is not supposed to do business. Specially in “Customer

A long time ago i went to eat here. I found a big hair in my tostada. The manager came out right away handled it very professionally and sympathized with us. We work in restaurants ourselves we know things like this unfortunately happen we appreciate how he took care of the situation. I decided to give it another chance after a long time and it was good no complaints. I returned again today and this time there was a piece of shell in the cocktail and my tostada loca had rotten pieces of crab. Both times we brought it to the server attention and all she did was tell the cook we were complaining

My first time at this restaurant. Not impressed. I ordered the chicken taco combo with beans & rice. The chicken in the corn taco shell was so over cooked and hard to chew I could not eat it. The beans came in a small tostada shell but they were white north beans instead of refrained pinto beans. We had to constantly fight off the flies in order to eat our food. I ask for salt & pepper and the waitress said she had to look for it. What! No atmosphere. When we sat down they gave us plastic spoon and fork to eat with. This restaurant needs a total makeover.

La Sinaloense is a Spring Valley restaurant where you can taste the storied cuisine of the coastal Mexican state of Sinaloa without the risk of getting shot dead and hung from an overpass. That said, if the food in Sinaloa is as good as what is served here, I am willing to accept that risk. Come at me, narcos! (Just let me finish my meal first, please.)
During my first time in, I had asked my waiter for the restaurant's signature dish, and he indicated it is the "Molcajete Sinaloense." I have had similar seafood molcajete dishes in the past, but nothing as special as what La Sinaloense served
