I have been going into NewTwist! for a handful of years now. At this point everyone their feels like family. The customer service and personal touches are beyond any other place I have ever been to. Once I moved away I began to purchase online from their website and they ensured every step of the way that I felt taken care of. Buying online from them still felt like a human and personal experience. Just a testament to quality and their customer service.

The people at this shop are so awesome! They are so helpful and so accommodating and really work with you to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They were so patient with all of my questions, were incredibly prompt in their responses, and the piece that I ended up with is beautiful. I love that they have such a variety of styles and choices and I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for something lovely!

Hands down my favorite jewelry shop. I love just about every thing in here. They have a wide variety of styles and prices range from double digits wayyyy on up. I worked with them and a designer to have a ring custom made and it was a wonderful experience. I no longer live in the area and was nervous about having the item shipped but it was not a problem. This is the place for unique yet trendy pieces.

This is the best store in the entire willamette Valley to buy gifts for all your most important ladies. Easily the most style and coolest products of any boutique type store outside Portland and I believe they have a store there as well. If you need a gift and you want to ne a hero go here now. My #1 jewelry stop in the Eugene area! Always has an amazing selection of artists that produce products ranging from fine jewelry to intricately painted tumblers.
There is always an incredibly knowledgeable team working the store assuring that all customers are welcomed and cared for.
They may have one of the best selections of fine jewelry in the area, but they also have a lot of trendy economically priced pieces as well!

I've never visited in-store but have purchased a couple of items online. They have a really sweetly curated selection of beautiful and unique pieces that I oooh and ahhh over frequently. Their online customer service has been top notch. Eventually I think I'll make a trip out to Eugene just to visit! I'm very very happy with my experience thus far and would recommend it to anyone looking for gifts for someone special (or themselves!)

I don't usually write reviews but I recently had such a great experience at New Twist that I wanted to share. I went in to buy a ring for my wife for a surprise proposal to renew our vows for our 20th wedding anniversary. I don't know much about jewelry but the staff put me at ease and made finding the perfect ring for her a priority. They could have pushed me toward bigger and more expensive rings but instead they asked me to describe her and what she likes and together we chose a small understated ring which she describes as "made for her". I have been shopping at New Twist for many many years. They are my go to store for gifts and myself. I don't live in Eugene, but Jodi and the girls will send me pictures of things I am interested in, and they are nothing but AWESOME!!! In fact Jodi has helped me the last couple weeks w/gifts for my boss, friends and my girls. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store and their amazing customer service. As an example, several years back my house was broken into and all my jewelry was taken. Needless to say I was heartbroken...well the ladies @ New Twist started to help me rebuild my jewelry

Sigh. There are so many lovely dainty jewelry in this store. I'd buy everything if it wasn't over my price range. I just bought the cutest little pocket Buddha charm to take with me everywhere I go. It gives me a gentle reminder to find peace in the moment. I love that there are Will Leather Goods bags here. I'm obsessed with the craftsmanship and smell of leather. NewTwist offers the cutest little knickknacks for your home. As my friends and I get older I foresee house warming gift shopping here.

Most of the jewelry is okay but many of the household gift items are ugly. The stores carries the Stick brand of furniture but features some of the more ugly products of that unique furniture factory. If you like odd things and overdone, over priced items such as serving spoons with twig and acorn design handles of brass, this is your type of place. Otherwise, stick to the rings and such things.

It's unfortunate that I feel justified in providing 1 star to this cool boutique. I've shopped here for the last year and a half. I've been pleased to find unique jewelry or gift items for loved ones. However, I've had two experiences (with poor management response) that will prevent me from doing future business with this store.
I ordered a custom bracelet because they didn't have the color of stone we wanted. I was told this wasn't a problem and would be ready in approximately 6 weeks and the store would contact me. I waited 7 weeks before calling them, received

New Twist has some lovely hand-made jewelry, including pearls, lot of great earrings. The rest of the store is kind of 'meh'. They specialize in household decor and gifts, but a lot is a little too overpriced-artificial-rustic for me, and the other half a bit too shiny/overdone. Nothing that seems particularly in touch with current trends, and the collection seems to change little from year to year.
