I recently went to Willamette Artisans in Eugene, OR to get my wife's wedding ring fixed, as it has a pearl on a post that keeps coming off. While there, I interacted with Matt who provided a few suggestions that made a lot of sense. These included the possibility of texturing or elongating the post, and he even noticed that a small diamond had fell off the ring (which I didn't).

This place has very fair prices and both times I've had my wedding band and engagement ring resized here the rings came back looking brand new. The work can take some time but I believe it's worth it for the quality. I've also had my rings appraised here. I called a few times while waiting to hear back on the appraisal and each time everyone was so polite and checked on the status of my ring. No one tried to upsell anything to me the four times I've went in and I was always helped quickly with what I wanted to be helped with. I will definitely be back. I called and wanted my stuff fixed and i didn't want to wait. Because it be like that with ballers sometimes. Then i met these awesome people from Philly. And when i asked do you like the disco biscuits? He said all the right things. So i knew i was in the right spot! Amazing! I want to give a shout out to Jane, Karmin, and the rest of the crew at Willamette Artisans. I took my wedding ring in to have my mother's diamonds incorporated into my ring to create a heirloom I could leave to my daughter. The result was over the moon. I literally couldn't speak for a moment when Jane showed me the final product, and had to step back and catch my breath.
