Our professional and friendly staff is one of our office's greatest assets. With more than 150 years of combined experience in the dental field, you can rest assured you're getting dental care from one of the most knowledgeable dental care teams in the Livonia area. In fact, even if you haven't visited us yet, you've probably seen our work.
Dr. Jeff Daws is a Michigan native who earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan. He enjoys challenging and technical dental cases, but is also a man of many talents - he's a former college baseball player, one time wedding officiant, and can really bust a move on the dance floor (or so he says).
We believe that everyone is entitled to a healthy and attractive smile regardless of their financial position. In order to help accomplish this, we accept a variety of payment options that will meet nearly any budget. Care Credit Dental Card - Care Credit offers a dental credit card with 3, 6, or 12 month interest free payment plans.
If we used a local anesthetic, your mouth (including lips and tongue) may be numb for several hours following your appointment. If you are supervising children who had fillings done, make sure they don't bite on their numb lips or tongue (it may cause injury to their soft tissue). It is normal to experience some sensitivity to hot, cold, air, pressure, or sweet foods for up to 4-6 weeks following your appointment.
Your first dental visit with us will typically consist of an exam, any necessary digital x-rays, a professional cleaning, and an assessment of your oral health. Having this prepared and ready for your appointment, will save you time and allow us to provide you with optimal dental care. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our office.

I am 31 years old now and I have been going to Dr. Daws for as long as I've had teeth. I have only ever went to another dentist once, and I knew after that terrible experience that I'd never try another place again. He's very kind and patient, especially when doing work on your teeth. He and his staff always make sure you're comfortable and do the best they can to help manage any pain or discomfort during procedures. I will really miss Dr. Daws when he retires but I'll still be coming to his office.

Our family has been seeing Megan and Dr. Daws for about 14 years! We started going there out of convenience, but soon learned how awesome this practice is. Last year we moved 40/45 minutes away and we will continue to make the trip because we can’t imagine trying finding another practice that takes care of us the way they do.

I grew up with dental people in my family so believe me I know the difference between “good” dentists and not so good dentists. I’ve been going to dr Daws for at least 8-10 yrs and absolutely love the office- as a dentist he’s great, always looking to see what can be done besides the dreaded drill and fill and always stands behind his work! The office help is also great- really friendly staff all in all!

I've been afraid of dentists my whole life. This is the first dentist I love going to. The Dr. And whole staff knew I was a scaredy-cat and took extra care making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. 2 fillings later and NO Pain whatsoever. The staff is so friendly. Small office from the outside but everything is new and awesome inside! I am seriously so happy I found this place. I used to go to a large "chain" of dentists where I never even met the real dentist associated with the practice. Dr. Daws is doing it right - with a great staff from the gals at the front desk to all the hygienists. My 5 year old daughter leaves without tears everytime - which is a huge deal for us :)

Best Dentist ever! I never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going here. Dr.Daws and his staff are all great people. It shows that everyone enjoys the work environment. I have been going to Dr. Daws for the past few years now and I am so happy I switched from my other Dentist. His hours are great especially for those who work. Often times I go early in the morning at 7:00AM when they first open and they are always bright eyed and chipper which is a bit scary. No one should be that happy that early in the morning, but they are.
Terry is the lady I normally see and she is the coolest older lady I have ever met. She is so down to earth and makes you feel super comfortable in the process. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking a new Dentist.
