Your service at Andy's Collision Centers begins with a thorough examination of your vehicle by one of our specially trained appraisers. Every aspect of the damage is studied and recorded to ensure the continued value of your vehicle after the repairs are complete. You are then provided with a comprehensive estimate outlining, in detail, the repairs needed to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
A collision is, at a minimum, an inconvenience. When you choose Andy's Collision Center as your auto body shop, the process is as simple as calling us with your claim number. That's it! From this point, we will write a computerized estimate and take digital pictures of the damage, contact your insurance company and reach an agreed repair price.
Your car will be repaired in a fully equipped service center with highly trained, insured and experienced technicians. Took my car here to get an estimate. Girl who looked at the car took one quick look and then told me she could quote me for replacing the whole bumper and painting the bumper. But the bumper does not need to be replaced.
It just needs a few new clips
I have gotten estimates at other body shops and they have just given me an estimate for new clips
Those shops have just been booked out 2-3 months
So ive been looking elsewhere
Front desk lady was nice
Rest of the people there didnt not seem truthful or trustworthy
I would avoid this business

My brand new vehicle sustained minor damage from flying debris on the freeway. Andy's was able to reassemble the front end components that had been popped loose and clean up the scuff marks and epoxy a small crack in the bumper, and the total cost ended up being significantly less than the original estimate.
What an honest business! And I appreciated them making time to do even a small job like this one.

I had never been in an accident or needed body work done to my car after one, but Andy's made it as straightforward and simple as could be. After filling out a claim and hearing back from my insurance adjuster, I provided my claim information to Andy's, made an appointment to drop the car off, and they took care of the rest. The entire process only took a week. MAJOR props to the manager John as well. When my wife and I came to pick up the car, he was outside in the 110 degree heat scraping off debris from the top of the vehicle (I had my bumper replaced, mind you) to ensure the car looked as clean

Andy’s body shop was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and honest. I had several conversations with mike, is Professionalism, was outstanding, I felt like mike Genuinely cared. And when I arrived to pick up some personal belongings out of a family member’s vehicle I got the same service from everyone else and it was genuine. Service like this is hard to find especially in the automotive world. I would recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone I know!

I took my civic to two shops for an estimate. The first place was Select Auto Body on highland off 7th Ave. They quoted me $1200 for a front bumper and skid plates. Andy's was $300 less because they said the parts were actually on sale. So $900 total. Happy to save Very the $300. It's clean work and, looks great, was done in less than a day. The other place said it would be a week before I could get in and then they needed the car for three days. Andy's earned my trust, and I will recommend them for anyone who needs body work.

SO I sheepishly entered Andy's today to tell Jose Luna my embarrassing story of trying to repair a scratch with touchup paint and a YouTube video that left a nasty mar that screamed, 'You are an idiot' every time I walked by it or opened the hatchback. Expecting a heckle and justified teasing, he didn't even flinch and was so kind and put me immediately at ease. He provided me a super reasonable quote, but mentioned the mar could be fixed/polished out but if I wanted the scratch removed, it would need to be repainted and knew exactly which piece could be removed from the

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile!. Mike at Andy's Collison Center has been wonderful each time that I took my car in for repairs. I have never experienced such a positive experience with an auto body shop! Mike is always upbeat and excellent at diagnosing the problem. Second, the commitment to your satisfaction is paramount here. And third, Mike is the nicest, most sincere person I've ever dealt with regarding my car.

I have been here twice for 2 different accidents. Both times I was treated very well! Everyone from the receptionist to the estimators and everyone there is friendly and smiling. They seem like really happy people and you can't help but be in a good mood after you walk in. The first time I was given an estimate that was almost 20% lower than the other 2 estimates from other shops. Andy's did the work and it was very good. They were honest and charged what they said they would. They didn't "find" any other problems like other shops do. So I came back the second time I needed

The work done on my truck looks great. The staff when I was there in person were very nice and helpful. My 3 start review is based on how long it took to get my truck done, going well over the estimated time of completing, and that was giving them an extra couple weeks to have my truck while I was away on business trips. The second reason for the 3 stars was the poor attitude and tone when I'd call to check the status of my truck. Not as friendly on the phone as they are in person. Great job on the repair work, just need to improve on keeping the customer feeling important and don't underestimate

I must take a moment to express appreciation to Andy's Collision for their professionalism, efficiency and quality work. When I was involved in my second accident I immediately sought out Andy's Collision due to the high quality work they did repairing my car. They happened to be extremely busy, but Mike was wonderful and worked with me to get my car towed to their store location despite being busy! My car had extensive damage due to a red light runner. Becky, a State Farm Assessor is housed at Andy's Collision Center. My appointment was at 7:45 am. I was out at 8:15 am. Service was fast and thorough. There was a mistake in how State Farm entered my name and my vehicle. They entered my last name as my first name and my first name last. They made my vehicle 4th and so when I said I had front and rear damage, they were not prepared to process my front damage, resulting in the lack of information and me not getting my cash settlement on the spot.

Salesman kept changing the quote for my cost of repairs, which was confusing to me. They kept pressuring me to schedule service even though I had explained multiple times that the dealer would contribute to the cost later down the road. I asked for a quote on one damaged part and they said I shouldn't bother fixing it. Altogether a strange experience.
