Very happy with the work done on my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan after my accident. Kyle and Alex were very helpful with getting an estimate and any questions I had throughout the process. They even washed and detailed my vehicle which was an added bonus. Great price and great customer service. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for auto body repair.

Progressive Auto Collision provides great service and gave me piece of mind after my accident. They kept me informed about the status of my vehicle as well as did an amazing job upon pick up. They went above and beyond with the detail they put into repairing my car. They provided me with a full report of everything that was repaired on my vehicle when I went to pick it up and it was completed it right on time! Kyle really took care of me! Ask for Kyle!

Kyle offered me fast and friendly service for both my vehicles, gave me up front estimafes and gave me the best deals even helping me with my insurance deductible. The quality of the work was worth every penny and he even went above and beyond to make sure my vehicles were cared for inside and out by giving a thorough detailing. I would recommend 10/10 as a very honest and trustworthy body shop.

My car got hit while I was working inside my office. I didn’t know where to go to fix it but I came across this company while looking around online. I saw the great reviews from other people so I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did! Alex did a great job and Karen was nice as well, she was very friendly on the phone and kept me updated on when my car would be ready. It was actually done a day before they originally said it would be which was awesome. I saved a lot of money going here (they were able to cut my deductible in half) and my car looks great! I would definitely recommend them

I brought my 2012 Kia Optima here after an accident. Alex and his entire staff were great! Not only did they do an amazing job on my car, they helped with getting a rental, finished quickly, and waived my deductible! My car got hit in a parking lot. The damage was significant and required me to change the front bumper along with some fender work. I was looking for body shops in phoenix area and came across DM auto-works on google. Not only did they waive some of my deductible, they quoted the least price and time to complete when compared to other body shops. I dropped my car on a Saturday, it took 1 week for my insurance company to send a person for review but the repair work was completed in 4 days. I just saved 253.67 on my deductible I am so excited. I recommend them to anybody. Kyle was awesome and very helpful. How I found out about them was through the reviews online. I had to see for myself and sure the reviews never lied. I brought my car in Tuesday morning when they opened and my car was finished way sooner than they told me the next day. My car looks wonderful. They even cleaned it up so nicely like brand new. I give them a 5+

These guys did an outstanding job on my car. I worked with Alex who took care of everything for us and even saved us half of our deductible. The process from start to finish was super easy and stress free.
They did a free detail on the interior of the car that was hands down the best I've ever seen. I've got 3 kids so It doesn't take much to trash a new car so I'm no stranger to interior details. When I got the car backup looked as good as it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any auto repair done

EXCELLENCE that's what I named this shop.
Pros: Fast, they estimated 7-8 business days and had it done in 5 days.
Professional -- nice, huge, clean shop & my car looks like new also they detailed car inside and out.
Customer Service: Awesome guys. Loved their service and the way they take care of customers. Excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend them
Cost: Alex waived my $1,000.00 deductible and gave me a FREE RENTAL until they finished my car (2010 Ford Focus) they had other cars but they were rented out to other customers.
Overall, I would go back, but I hope I never have
