I was in a financial situation without my dad or husband i had no idea what to do or how I can afford it and I was blessed to have found this place they made it all easy to understand and afford I had another issue immediately after getting my truck back and they handled that too! They bought me a new battery yes I said bought me as in free as in they actually care great service and great team I highly recommend this place!!!

My car was repaired on time and was returned to me clean and looking brand new. Everyone there was professional and polite. Robert Mathis handled my repairs and kept me informed on their progress. This company has repaired 2 of my family’s vehicles 3 times the last few years.
They effectively communicate with customers to set expectations for the length of the repair. I’ve never had problems with the insurance communications. When I’ve picked my cars up I’ve always been amazed at what good work they do and how nice everything looks. I have been pleased, and although I never want to go there again 😂, I know where to go when I need it.

Went in to get a rear bumper replaced after being rear-ended. Jesse serviced the claim, and was very friendly and professional. Got the job done ahead of schedule, and my truck looked brand new when I picked it up! The bumper looks great, and they cleaned it inside and out. I was very impressed.

Took our new car (well, new to us) to Abra after a minor run-in with a parking structure. Even though we made no appointment, Jake, our estimator/service advisor, evaluated the damage shortly after we arrived and had a detailed estimate ready within fifteen minutes. Exceptionally courteous and professional, he answered all our questions and we decided to leave the car there for repair. Within a week, their ETA, Abra let us know that the work was complete. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the surface repair to the paint matching, they did an incredible job.
