Most amazing auction I have ever experienced, these people were amazing, after I Won my bid they contacted me personally and set up custom shipping with me for my merchandise to come to conway arkansas. These people took a personal interest in getting my merchandise to me. And when I received my purchase, it was in pristine condition and EXACTLY as it was represented.. I will definitely bid and buy from them again. And I tell everyone that is looking for certain items to check their website first Daugherty was a great experience for us. Absolutely the worst auction company I have dealt with first they lost part of one of the lots I won. then the guy incharge got mad and argued with for wanting my money back for that lot. they also say it's a 15 percent buyers fee my receipt it says 19 percent they say they won't refund the 4 percent because it's for using a card to pay and somewhere on the website it says they charge that.

Have been to many auctions with Daugherty family over the years. They are known for starting on time and moving along, not beating a dead horse for another dime. Items are usually easy to inspect prior to sale and they will identify defects that they are aware of prior to selling. Have a great trust in them and staff.

This Family run business for the most part does an alright job, however, the way a few things were handled really left a dark shadow on the day of the auction as a whole.
What would have been a great memory helping my parents sell so much of their accumulated stuff from years a their house changed a few days later. A man that knew the Daugherty Family showed up and asked if he could buy a rock, a landscaping rock. One of the Daugherty family (Not the auctioneer) approached my father and asked if he could purchase the one rock for $20. Initially this wasn't a bid deal but when my parents returned
