Cy is amazing. If you want to feel as though you are his only clients the Cy is your guy. I don't know how he does it, he seems to be able to be in more than one place at a time.
He's extremely knowledgeable and shares that information with you. He really does have his finger on the pulse of Iowa real estate.
Cy will work hard for you to sell your home or to find you a new home.
His fees are astoundingly low. But he provides the same service and dedication as those realtors who charge a percentage fee.
Go with Cy, you can't lose!!

I see the positive reviews from sellers, and only a few from buyers. As a buyer that had to experience Cy's unprofessionalism this past week, I would never recommend him to anyone. He is unethical and I am disappointed that there are realtors that behave such as he did. We had our purchase agreement in our email for less than an hour when he let his sellers back out to go into a bidding war with another offer that came in at that moment. Very unprofessional and unethical as we had already accepted and moved into the purchase agreement. I will remember to let others know to not work with him.
