He has 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage managing a mortgage sales call center team. For the past 15 years, Jason has focus on the multifamily industry buying, holding, managing and selling 25+ properties in the Midwest.
We are looking for individuals who would like to invest capital as a limited partner in the purchase of real estate properties in an effort to maximize NOI and produce returns to the investor in quarterly cash flow payments and equity payouts at time of sale or refinance.
The primary focus will be on acquiring multifamily properties that show opportunities to run more efficiently in an effort to increase the properties NOI (net operating income) to produce higher returns for the investor and drive the value of the property higher.
