Head loan processor, Joy Crocker, is fully familiar with lenders and lending procedures. Due to her experience and familiarity with lenders, she is able to anticipate what the lenders will require, even in unusual cases. Joy has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas - San Antonio. She has been a mortgage processor for over 20 years and has worked with many of the loan officers since 1998.

I never knew refinancing could be so easy. We decided to refinance our home to have necessary improvements made. My husband nor I never had to meet face to face. Everything was done very easily from our home on our time. The rate was lower than our original loan. The closing happened so fast my husband and I did not know what to do with the rest of our day after we were thru. I can not say how wonderfully easy this whole process was. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making what could have been a nightmare so incredibly easy. We will be repeat customers!
