Mike is amazing, the best home inspector in the business. I have used him for the past 7 years. Nothing but positive feed back from all my clients. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to all the little details. He takes his time with the clients and goes over the inspection reports. He make himself available to the customers to address any concerns.

I’ve used Micheal’s services since 2010. He has always been responsive gives you the complete truth without stressing out the buyer. He takes his time with the buyer to explain everything in complete detail. If the client gets stressed out and overthinks the matter, mike takes his time and patience to explain everything. I have even had repeat buyers request for his services before we get into that portion of the transaction. As a realtor I can depend on him to always be professional and diligent with every party involved in the transaction.

I had an inspection done on a home that I was interested in purchasing. I got very fast service.
This is import because the contract has a limited amount of time to report and cancel purchase. The inspection was about 210
Pages long. There very pictures for everything that the inspector noted in the report.
I was unable to view the property and the detailed report was extremely important to me.
The report found issues that were instrumental in me making the final decision.
The roof needed to be replace. I knew this but I was told that the roof was not leaking. The report showed signs of leaks
