We had an amazing experience with the Goodfellas team. My husband and I are first time home buyers so we were unsure of the terms and home inspections overall. When they finished inspecting they took the time to explain every little detail and they were nice enough to explain everything in Spanish also for my husband who doesn’t really understand English. We also received the full inspection through email in a timely manner. Thank you Goodfellas team we will definitely be using them in our next home buying journey

I'm a seller. Goodfellows inspected my house two days ago for my buyer and got 4 items completely wrong.
1. Said an exterior power outlet was not working. He never thought to check the circuit breaker a couple of feet behind him. The outlet works just fine.
2. He said there was NO doorbell. Can't understand how he missed this one. The doorbell was a couple inches to the right of the front door and it works fine.
3. Said the lights on a fan in our corner bedroom did not work. I guess he has never had experience with a remote controlled fan/light. The lights only work PROPERLY when turned on by

Cain is the best home inspector I’ve worked with. He’s honest and trustworthy. Cain is passionate in his work and really makes sure that the client is aware of everything that is going on with the house. Not only is he honest but he backs up his work with his warranty and has even done a re-inspection at no cost just because he knows there’s kids and wants to make sure they’re safe. I've been in the Real Estate industry since 2015. I've had a chance to work with many Home Inspectors through the years. However, Goodfellas has been the most amazing that I've had a pleasure of working with.

Cain really worked with me on scheduling an inspection. Based off his inspection report, He is an EXPERT. He put very detailed descriptions and pictures of every corner of the house.
