If I could give this business 0 stars it would be sufficient. Jim, who inspected my home during my purchase, totally pushed me under the train. I was railroaded and taken advantage of to the highest degree. The report I received was not accurate. I trusted this business with one of the biggest purchases of my life. I was totally disappointed. He said the roof was in good condition. There was leaks that caused mold. The mold caused me to have health problems that I continue to be treated for. The mold was visible and I wasn't advised as to the significance of this to my heath or the degree

I have recommended the services of Jim Stasiak for decades now. He is 100% reliable, is always early to appointments and does a thorough job. My sellers have used him before listing to identify items that need repair or replacement so the home is completely ready for inspection and appraisal so we don't have any repair issues. I see these negative reports on here and that just makes me cringe. This man is more knowledgeable than any other inspector I have EVER used which is why he's my GO-TO person all the time. Bad experience. We hired Jim to inspect the house we were about to buy. He told us to meet him at 10am. We arrived on time to find out he was already done. He spent time talking with the previous owner more than inspecting the house. We unfortunately found out a lot of issues, damages, broken glass, leaks, etc
We had to deal with those issues by ourselves and through our warranty insurance.
I won't recommend using this company.

Although it is True that he charges competitive rates, however, I agree with prior reviews. I thought he completed a thorough inspection of my home but after the sale was done. We found so many things that were omitted. Luckily, the home warranty covered most of the repairs but that still does not negate the fact that he did a poor job. Find someone else!
