This was the first time using The Kim’s Autobody. What set them apart from others in my experience is the communication between customer and business. I was given a reminder, they answered all my questions, and they kept me in the loop on progress. All time expectations were met and the quality of work was great. Only negative (joking) was that I didn’t get to drive the Tesla sitting in the parking lot. Would call this business in the future. Thanks Kim’s!

I do not believe they did a thorough estimate, it was a front, right deer hit, and I had to suggest they open the hood. When that was done the estimator immediately saw damage to the headlight assembly, but he spent almost no time looking for other damage. Two weeks later I took car in as all parts had arrived. It was to be a five day repair. On about day four they advised they had found additional damage, another part ordered. Three and a half months later, I still don’t have a repaired vehicle, And while it was driveable when I delivered it, it isn’t now. My 30 day rental ran out, but Kim’s

I hit a pole and scratched up my car. I was so pleased when I went to pick it up . Very timely and the work was outstanding. They even cleaned the inside of my car out . May 5, 2021 a semi pulling a tanker backed into me after he stopped by the intersection that led to our house, about 400 feet to the right at he intersection. It caused 6k damage to my SanteFe front. Kim’s workers replaced all of the damaged parts in a professional manner. I recommend Kim’s the staff is friendly and always did good work for us.

Kim’s Autobody is a wonderful shop to work with. We went to them back in 2001 and they were great. Fabulous work and great customer service. Since then their shop has grown and the the quality of service has grown with them. I took my vehicle in and their was a complication with the rental car through the other person’s insurance company. Kim’s took upon themselves to offer me a loaner car to use! They saved the day on that one and I couldn’t thank them enough! Then they continuously provided updates on my vehicle’s progress via text messages, which is great communication on their part
