Jessica and Amy were fantastic. We were able to actually cover a lot of the house scouting while we were preparing to move back to CO, so by the time we got to seeing actual homes, we only had to go to five before Jess helped us close on one.

Becca was a blessing for me as a first time home buyer. I was apprehensive entering the home buying process alone but she walked me through every step of the way and was so communicative whenever I needed help. Jeremy and Shannon were wonderful! We saw a place we loved, and Jeremy was quick to help us put in an offer over the Labor Day holiday weekend. We were able to negotiate quickly and beat another offer. We closed 30 days later! Shannon was great with making sure the documents were good to go and that we were on track to close. Long Answer: In the past my spouse and I had randomly picked realtors on word of mouth or friends recommendations and went on gut initial gut feelings. Those prior transactions went well, but looking back they could have been better. However, in this case, we interviewed 5 realtors after doing an online screening of over 15 different real estate groups. We ultimately went with Jason Kolar of Wisdom Real Estate, and we're so glad that we did! Not only was Jason fantastic

I cannot say it enough, Jordan was a gift from God during my home-buying experience. As a first time home buyer, there were so many things I didn't understand - from pre-approval letters, to underwriting, inspections and the details that are so easily overlooked. Their transaction coordinator Shannon sold her house to us after soliciting me on Facebook telling me to use her agent so she wouldn't have to pay a seller's agent commission. She and her agent Jason Koaler ganged up on us and sold us a lemon. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion for our young family of 4 with an infant turned into our worst nightmare. The seller, Shannon, did not disclose the broken ac condenser and furnace but knew about it well in advance and actually hired a shoddy vendor to install a piece as a bandaid to what

RTD website list both types of trains, a second lie. A third lie, not all trains in Denver are light rail only in your mind exists such a rule. There is a huge difference between light rail and commuter rail when a person is determining along which line to live/purchase a home. The wrong choice will leave you with an unusable service. Learn and educate yourself. RTD's website refers to rail service and you can click on links to educate yourself on commuter rail and light rail. Highly suggest a visit! Stop lying in your listings and tricking people. Your time would be better spent properly

I have no reason to lie about any of this as I was the potential buyer. The lender is the one who contacted both myself and our agent about how uncomfortable she felt by Jason and his questions regarding the questions that were asked. She said shes never dealt with the type of unprofessionalism that Jason displayed. If the sellers were smart they would work with another agent.
