When we were ready to sell our home, we always knew that we would be coming to Dan and his team. What we didn't expect is that we found find our next dream home in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic. Despite the craziness of everything in the market, Dan and his team totally delivered and got both homes sold in time. Between Dan and Rick, we cannot recommend Lucchesi Property Group enough!

Dan helped us find a building for our business. We knew the general area we wanted to be in, but knew nothing about business real estate. We just knew Denver real estate prices have gone up since we last did anything. Dan found us a property that worked for our business. I found Dan through Yelp while searching for a commercial broker during a time when I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Dan did a fantastic job finding me and my husband a new home. He is very open to discussion and feedback about what we did or did not like about a property and kept our feedback in mind for the next house. And speaking of next house...we looked at SO MANY properties! I honestly lost count, but Dan was always 100% patient and in it with us until we found our perfect property.
