Heather and Connor went above and beyond in every way helping us with the smallest details buying a new home-build, selling our former home, and transitioning into our new build. They genuinely aided us as neighbors and friends, not just our realtors. Contract signing was electonic, and they were able to make changes quickly and efficiently as needed. Really great experience.

I initially met Connor at an open house. After having a long conversation about what I was looking for in a home, and area, Connor went straight to work. He immediately educated me on all the cities surrounding Arvada (where the open house was) and what area would be the best fit for my lifestyle. Over the coarse of several months I saw nearly 30-40 homes with Connor and Heather every. single. weekend. Not once did I feel pressured, or rushed. They showed loads of care and empathy for my situation, and i felt like they truly cared about me, not just the paycheck. I proudly recommend the Rhae Group

Heather and Connor were amazing to work with. We met Heather at a random open house we decided to stop in on, she was so kind and offered her help to us find a home outside Candelas. Her son Connor also was a large help to us. He was so responsive and got showings for us so fast. We both really appreciated them being so honest about the houses and we could genuinely tell they wanted us to have the perfect home even after showing 20 plus homes. We appreciated that I never pushed us to decisions and we never got a vibe that they were just trying to make a sale off of us. I cannot say enough good

Heather and her team did an amazing job selling our home. She was extremely professional, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process including cleanup, repairs, lawn maintenance, staging, photography, advertising, social media, and drone video. She handled several unexpected curve balls that came up with various lenders, supplier and buyer agents. Her knowledge, experience and personal touch were greatly appreciated.
