Went to buy a vehicle on a Sunday. Found that I could not add the vehicle to my insurance online (like every other insurance provider) - instead the information I added was "emailed to my agent" who would "be in touch". Since I needed the insurance to drive off the lot, I secured a policy with Geico (in about 10 minutes on my cell phone). Never received any follow up communication from the agency. Received insurance cards in the mail 2 weeks later and a bill for an insurance policy I was never quoted on nor approved of. Called to cancel and was treated rudely by the staff. Cancelled the other insurance

Got a notice I needed to remove ivy from my exterior walls. But I had no ivy on the walls, I had removed it all before I ever applied for ins from State Farm. Owner Jim Leach came out and indicated that I had to remove my climbing rose (which he thought was ivy ?!) even though it was trained on a trellis. Then he proceeded to start finding more things I'd have to do that the underwriter hadn't indicated were any problem. The girl at the office said the pic supplied by the underwriter showed ivy all over my house, so apparently they'd gotten an older pic from somewhere and not sent anyone to take

I have had the best experience I have ever had dealing with insurance. Jennifer took all the work and worry out of the equation. Being dissatisfied with my auto insurance I called State Farm. I was really dreading this but it was made so simple and easy to get just what I wanted and informed of what I was getting for the money needless to say I'm a happy camper. Thanks so much Oh and I saved money also with a better policy!
