I was very impressed with my first visit here. Shout out to Corey Snyder! She used a trauma-informed approach by narrating each step and asking for consent before proceeding. That care and consideration is invaluable. I know a lot of survivors, so it warms my heart that Corey has taken the time to educate herself on trauma - and to implement that education with kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Making the switch at 8 months pregnant isn't easy. I have had two prior children and was used to a different level of care than what I was receiving at another office. When researching I came across this practice I'm glad I did. From the friendly front desk to the nurse who roomed me everyone was great. Dr Wittek took time with me to answer any question and put me at ease especially during a pandemic. Am so glad I switched!

This is the best women's clinic I have been to! They've made me feel welcome since the beginning, and have helped me every step of the way. I see Dr. Swartzman and she is amazing. I recommend this place 100% if you are expecting or are looking for a health clinic.

I was diagnosed with PCOS over a decade ago. My hometown gyn was amazing but I now live 1,000 miles away.

I've been avoiding gyns because they tend to not know how to treat my syndrome and not do anything other than advise a healthy lifestyle (which I already practice but need additional treatment). I had a traumatizing experience a few years ago during a gyn appt and have been even more hesitant since then.

My endo, who understands my medical needs, recommended that I see Dr. Ana Martinez/NP Nancy. I finally had my appt and it was amazing. NP Nancy took the time to listen to me, answer

This review is based purely on one appointment. I came in for my first "official" prenatal appointment with the care coordinator (Midwife Corey) at the SM office. First off, parking was a nightmare. I know they are working on this, but there is not adequate parking for this building. I had to park in the ER lot and the visit started out on a stressful note. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork, but I had already filled it out online, so I ended up getting there early for nothing (it took 5 minutes to confirm my information). My appointment was at 1:45 and I didn't

I had to make an appointment 3 MONTHS in advance, because I was going to be a new patient/routine appt (not pregnant). On the day of my appt I drove to the Leawood office (my fault- I didn't pay close enough attention to the confirmation email). So I called them and said I would be at my appointment, but right on time.
As I'm pulling in to the parking lot I receive a call saying the dr has 2 patients in labor (that apparently she didn't know about 10 minutes ago when I called the first time) and they need to reschedule my appt. I asked if there was any way I could still be seen

I have been seeing Dr. Wittek since 2010, and 2 pregnancies later, i am still amazed at her level of service. This office runs efficiently, has fantastic rapport with their patients and goes above and beyond to create a calm environment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to deliver my babies; this group is unmatched in Kansas City. You can’t go wrong with any of their physicians and won’t be disappointed with your experience.

I have had much better care at Planned Parenthood.

As a woman with no children and no intentions of having children, I feel like I have been swept aside. My physician and the nurse practitioners have rushed through my annual exams, paid little attention to my questions, and mistakenly billed some of my covered annual preventative tests as "diagnostic" (I had to pay the full amount for the test because I have a high deductible plan). I have been with this group for several years, but there's been no improvement in my care.

This practice came highly recommended by a friend with

I was billed for delivery services. Got busy with my new baby and at my 2 month checkup had one of their billing people screaming at me in the lobby on when I was going to pay the delivery bill (all other bills were paid up). I was still not back at work yet and told her I would pay $1 per month until I went to back to work and started getting paid again and she came unglued. They call you into a room with their side of the window open to a lobby. It was truly a classless jester. Sorry you couldn't wait 2 more months before being paid the full amount! I thought me and baby having food

Best OB-GYN in the KC area! When I moved to KC from MN, I needed a lady doc for obvious reasons! After speaking to a couple friends, I was told that Women's Associates is the best! After one appointment, I can definitely say they are right! I've been seeing Dr. Swartzman for the past two years and she's the sweetest and the most professional physician I've ever met! All of the staff are amazing and very accommodating. Because they are so great, they get booked months and months in advance so make an appointment early!

This practice was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I listened. It's a great group of women and I'd highly recommend to anyone. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable, especially for someone who's a bit awkward like me.

When I moved back to KC, I asked several of my friends about their OBs and decided to go with the one who had the best experience under not-so-great circumstances. I've been very happy with this practice and my doctor here. I went into labor on a day when she was working at the office not connected to the hospital where I was delivering, and she still made it there in time to deliver my baby. She could have easily just had the doctor on call (who I was expecting at that point) to deliver her.

Fast forward a few months... I completely spaced scheduling my follow-up annual exam. I called and

I have been going to this group of doctors for over ten years. I have had multiple doctors within the clinic. My only reason for switching which one I'm seeing is that I have had three leave to pursue other avenues (one became a nutritionist, one left to move to another clinic I think, and one became the hospitalist in SM maternity department.)

Everyone is extremely nice, and professional. All of the doctors who work there are women which, at least for me, provides a comfortable, safe-feeling environment. I currently see Dr. Swartzman, and she is awesome! They are doctors who actually
