POP offers a 401(k) plan. Employees who meet the age requirement (must be 18) are immediately eligible to participate in the plan. POP offers an employee-funded Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to regular full-time employees.
Plan participants may elect an annual amount of flexible dollars to pay eligible health care expenses, including medical or dental insurance deductibles, co-pays, out-of-pocket expenses for vision care and other types of care.The FSA can also be used for dependent care expenses. POP encourages its employees in their efforts to improve proficiency in their present jobs and to prepare for future advancement.

Racist if the mangers don't like you, they will make up a reason to fire you. Tammy Tracy goes through your personal things at your desk and will throw your things in the trash. If you are black, run! A statement was reported to HR and the HR lady Deb never took notes and laughed in my face and then fired me the next day.

POP is one of the top rated employers around. They have a stand up management staff and care about there employees greatly. All of them. This company is very racially diverse and treats everyone fairly. Anyone that would disagree would only do so because they were not a stand up employee. This company is growing and is showing great success. Everyone that works there should feel honored to be an employee there.
