We are a family-owned early childhood center in Skokie, Illinois, serving children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. With over 15 years of Early Childhood experience, we have created a rich learning environment that will stimulate your child's physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth and development.
At Creative Paths Learning Center, we invite families into our school when it is most convenient for you. We can appreciate the fact that your schedules are tight, and your time is precious. Therefore, we ask that you call or email to make an appointment so that we can be sure to give you the attention you deserve.
The infant program provides your child with a safe, nurturing and loving environment complete with exploration through music, story time, creative art, free play, and large motor activities. Discovery through sensory activities, songs/finger plays, reading books, music & movement, and nature walks are examples of the daily activities we provide our infants.
The Toddler and Two Year Old Programs are centered on creative free play activities. Emphasis is also placed on stories, creative art, music and a basic introduction to colors, shapes and numbers. Activities include those that stimulate the early stages of sensory motor development and social interaction.
Through celebrating and encouraging independence, children learn to expand and embrace self-help skills which boosts their self-confidence. Children begin exploring a structured preschool schedule and engage in educational activities to improve social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Our teachers are especially trained to accommodate the needs of early childhood children, and emphasize development of their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. Each child is allowed to develop at their own pace, in a safe and caring environment.

Creative Paths is clean organized and my daughter thrived since she started at 15 months. The teachers have all been great! The owners are a little more hands off and don’t talk a lot but Are easy to deal with.

Creative Paths is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL, Unreliable & judge mental learning center to take your kids. From the first time I went to enroll my daughter the owner Amber was very rude and not welcoming, she then 2 weeks later kicks my daughter out from the center (they just want ur deposit & money) because they apparently did not have anything for her to do(but your a learning center?)and it was not a good fit for them or my daughter So she had to sit in the office doing nothing? Also if you’re ever running late you will be charged a $30 fee for 5 minuets. Overall the owner is very unprofessional

My two children attend Creative Paths, and we absolutely love it! The teachers are wonderful, and I have been completely impressed with what they're learning. My kids (5 and 2 years old) come home singing songs in Spanish, and talking to me about ramps and inertia. They also have Reading several times a week with a Reading Specialist, and I have seen a MAJOR improvement in these skills since we started here. The daily reports are a really nice thing to have to communicate with the teachers and see what they did that day. Just as an added bonus, there are cameras in the room so I can log in and

We just moved here from Atlanta and found this preschool for our 3.5 yr old son. It's VERY close to the train which is exactly what we needed. Even better, the teachers are super friendly and warm and there is a great group of kids. He settled in very quickly, which is a testament to how awesome everyone is there. He is learning reading skills and we get great progress reports daily! We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a daycare or preschool in the Skokie/Evanston area!

We love the teachers here! The owner Amber is professional and they really know what they are doing. My kids love it and so do it. My son started writing his own name at 3 and at 4 is learning to read. Much more advanced than a standard Pre-K school. They have a phonics teacher that works with the kids at no additional charge. Love it here, highly recommend.
