Called in yesterday for a Masterpiece floral design for a birthday bouquet. In no way are any of the flowers shown in their online gallery what shows up at your recipient's home. Buyer beware, they sell you a dream. The cost of this arrangement was $125, plus tax and delivery which ended up at $150. I reside in the Bay Area of California, where the cost of living is incredibly high, and there is no florist here that would use mums and ferns in a $125 arrangement. This was a colorful and festive bouquet, but it looks like something from a local grocery store. Sadly, I'm unimpressed and

I called in the morning to have flowers delivered to Elmhurst Hospital and within an hour Diana had created a fun arrangement! She even took the time to send me a photo of my order. She didn't rush through my call and spent the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. After her fantastic service, I won't go anywhere else for flowers!

I bought flowers for my mom on Mother’s Day and they were made to look like a puppy, it even had a biscuit in its mouth! It was SO beautiful, and good timing right after our dog passed away. I recently made another order and I made a mistake on it and the manager was very helpful and very sweet about fixing any issues I had. They have fabulous customer service and low prices for such BEAUTIFUL collections. This is now my go-to flower shop! Thank you so much!

This was my first time stopping at this location on a last minute request for some extra flower cup post for a couple family member graves on my grandma's burial.
The staff there was excellent five star all the way Diana and Gracie for the ones that help me but everyone else put forth and came up with some very great ideas on what we could purchase immediately so we can take it and post on my other families members gravesites after the burial.
Highly recommended spot for your needs for anything at the gravesite or funeral this please impress me not only with the way they treated me walking

Called at last minute basically and asked for a very different arrangement for a funeral. Wanted it wintry and not typical. For an Army vet. They found flags to insert and then called and asked if I wanted to see final pic. I said yes thank you but honestly I have been so disappointed with other places, I didn’t expect much. Fabulous surprise, it was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and just perfect for the time of year and would not get lost amongst all the other typical floral arrangements. So happy. I appreciated the attention to detail and creativity that went into it. Really well done

I've driven past many times but finally stopped in. I was immediately greeted by Katie who helped me narrow down what I was looking for. After pointing out things I like, she put together a beautiful bouquet in less than 10 minutes. Katie was very cheerful and listened to what I wanted, making sure she was heading in the right direction throughout the process. I'd definitely return.

This is one of the cutest little shops. They always decorate it for the holidays and have fresh flowers in the front. If I'm ever in a hurry, they have baskets around the store and pre-made arrangements in the cooler. Whenever I'm on a budget or have any special requests, the staff always try to work with me. I never leave unsatisfied! I typically request Angela not only because she creates some of the most beautiful arrangements but also because she really gets me and the style I want when I place an order. Definitely recommend!

I would like to personally thank the hard working folks at Amlings for ruining my anniversary. I visited the Amlings store to purchase flowers to celebrate my 4th wedding anniversary. I arranged to have the bridal bouquet recreated in order to celebrate that special day in our life. With a price that seemed very reasonable I payed and arranged for delivery to my home on June 19th. Well, my anniversary came and went....but flowers never came. I even called later in the day to inquire about the delivery status...I was assured someo e would call back within 3 hours...but as it turns out the folks

Tried to order flowers for Mother's Day for both my Mother and my Grandmother. Must indicate that I did place this order on-line. However, on my order confirmation, I was directed to this particular Amlings for customer service follow up. And no, I did not wait until the last minute, the orders were made days in advance with a requested Saturday Delivery (not even Mother's Day actually - how are could this be).
