I can't rave enough about the team of professionals! Mario, Bill, & Frank were available for questions and provided good insight towards the home inspection and termite inspection process. The inspection report was thorough and received quickly! We can't thank you enough for your kindness! It was like hanging with old friends who wanted the best for us and our property.

We just had our home inspection done through Mario before closing on the house. He was very thorough with his work, made sure not to miss anything. We also received his inspection report promptly. Mario did an AMAZING job with our home inspection and I highly recommend him.
This was my first home inspection and I was really nervous, but Mario took his time and went over all the issues and concerns in full detail. Not once did I feel rushed throughout the process. He was responsive to our calls, prompt with his report and his advice helped us greatly. I can't thank him enough!!

I high recommend On Point Home Inspection. My mind was instantly put to ease as Mario meticulously went through our home inspection. He is truly exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and will give you the time and attention you need to explain things and walk you through his findings. He didn't shy away from the homeowner being present on site during the inspection either. He made us aware of the important and potentially costly things and also brought to our attention things that we would most likely have to address in the near future.
