Best home inspection company I have ever used. Ron, the owner, was very thorough in the inspection and took the time to point things out to me and answer any questions I had. He was very quick with getting the report back to us, too. He has a wonderful personality and is very easy to work with.
Unfortunately, the home I had inspected fell through but I will definitely hire Ron for my next home purchase and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspector.

Absolutely blown away! Ron came highly recommended from a family member who flips houses and uses Ron often. This is my first home purchase and I came down with covid right before the inspection. I really wanted to be present and was upset that I couldn’t be but I didn’t not want to cancel. After receiving the inspection report I feel like I was there. 10/10

Ron is top notch! From the start he is very responsive and takes the time to go over what is and isn't included in the inspection. At the inspection, Ron leaves no stone unturned and makes sure to explain the major repair items and things that may not be as urgent. Ron is very knowledgeable and professional. He is a great guy and a TRUE master inspector. He uses modern tools, (like a drone) to make sure you have every detail you need to know when buying a new home, and give you the confidence to know if you are making a good investment.

Ron is a very capable master inspector. He took the time to speak on the phone with us multiple times prior to meeting at our property. He was always courteous, professional and made us feel that our protection and safety were truly important. Ron responded to my inquiry immediately upon inquiry, and spent several hours performing the home inspection. It is an older manufactured home, so I needed someone knowledgeable on manufactured home construction, and Ron was the perfect guy for the job. A Better Look Home Inspection is great asset when purchasing a house.. Ron looked over every inch of the property making note of all the different concerns he has with it and letting us know which ones should be addressed with purchase of this home.. He also explained things to me as he went through the house if I didn’t understand what he was referring to in the house..
