I waited and put off PT for months hoping with rest, and time off, the issue with my elbow pain would just solve itself.
Donโt keep delaying treatment. Get help from a professional who can advise on a solution to your specific problem. Eric was professional in his initial analysis and diagnosis. We then worked together to lay out a clear plan of action that fit my schedule and had measurable results.
He took time each session to hear my concerns and was very patient with my constant questions.
It took a holistic approach for success. Not just a few stretches, but reviewing how I work, sleep

After having surgery for a trimalleolar fracture of my ankle, a friend recommended that I contact Eric Finger of Move Empower to begin physical therapy, even before my surgeon suggested PT. And I'm grateful that I took her advice. Eric came to my house 2 weeks post-op (I was totally non-weight bearing for 6 weeks), evaluated not only the condition of my ankle but also my overall physical condition. Limited physical mobility affects other major areas of the body: back, hips, knees, etc. Eric took a whole body approach to my therapy and, as a result, 6 months later, not only have I regained 80 to

I'm in my 30's and, for the last couple of years, had been struggling with knee pain for the first time in my life. When I went to an orthopedic doctor, they didn't indicate they believed PT would be helpful and RX me steroids and anti inflammatory medications and some generic exercises. I couldn't run or lift weights anymore, and even stairs and stationary biking started to bother my knee after a while, so I stopped those too. After the muscles around my affected knee started to atrophy, I knew I had to try something new. Even before COVID I hadn't been drawn to the mass-market idea of physical

I can't sing Eric's praises enough. In June 2021 I broke my ankle in 4 places. In just 3 months I was walking, chasing my kids around and exercising as I had before my accident. My doctor said I was in the 99th percentile of recovery. This is entirely due to working with Eric early (week two after surgery) and his fine attunement to my needs. As a busy mother of 2 small children, I don't have time to go to a PT facility. Eric came to my house twice a week and we started right away with rehab exercises. He even created programs I could do in hotels (as I travel for work) and exercises I could do

I sought out Eric at Move Empower after many years of 'dealing' with chronic pain in my hip following the birth of my 3rd child almost 6 years ago. Although I felt the pain was bearable, it wasn't until my husband pointed out how often I was missing out on family bike rides, hikes, and games of catch that I realized how much my discomfort was impacting my life.
As a former athlete and someone who has taken pride in keeping in shape, part of my hesitation with therapy was the notion that I would be looked down on for not taking better care of myself. Although my family was active, I had let caring

I started using Move Empower to help me with my back pain. I was seeing a chiropractor and it got me some relief, but I was getting over the hump. I decided to give PT a try, and I'm glad I chose Move Empower. I'm not even sure why I waited. I knew a couple months before that I needed more, but the chiropractor was all I knew and he said it takes time. Within a few visits with Move Empower I had gotten lasting relief with my back pain. The more I followed Eric's instruction the better I got. My quality of life has been so much better. I actually have the ability to move! Get on the floor and play
