My husband and I have rented an apartment at Jefferson West for the past 3 years. We have enjoyed living there and recommended them many times. We paid everything on time and loved how timely the maintenance crew arrived when things needed to be fixed. We recently bought a home, and paid to end our lease at the end of March instead of May. This included paying March's rent ($450), an early release fee ($655), and forfeiting our deposit.

If there was a way to rate lower that one star I would do it. I lived here for four and a half years. Rent was paid well before the due date with one exception and almost always in cash. However the quality of the apartments is not great for the yearly increasing rent that was expected. The apartment I stayed in was one of their "remodeled" units, but before moving in there was already a lot of wear and tear to the place. The heating and air conditioning consistently had issues and several leaks that had formed in the upstairs apartment that leaked through the ceiling causing rot odors and black

Have lived here for almost three years. Every time we have had an issues i call the office and someone is at my house whiten a day fixing the problem. We had a Christmas where a pipe broke under our floor and that put us in a very nice replacement while they fixed everything. I haven't yet had any problem.

I lived here for 10 months. In the winter my apartment was constantly freezing even with my hest set over 75. When the summer came I couldn't get my apartment to cool down so I called maintenance. Turns out the vents in the bedrooms were fake, they didn't connect to anything. There was no central heating or air, they openly admitted to that. My fridge ran constantly and never shut off, the floors were so thin I could hear my downstairs neighbor having conversations all the time. I used a fan and it made his whole apartment buzz so i couldn't use it anymore. When his hest turned on all my bedroom

MY APARTMENT WAS GREAT, FOR THE MOST PART. IF YOU NEVER HAVE ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR APARTMENT THEN YOU WILL LIKE IT HERE. THE COST OF RENT IS BASED OFF HOW NEW THE THINGS ARE IN YOUR APARTMENT.... FOR CHEAP YOU COULD END UP WITH A KITCHEN THAT LOOKS LIKE IT CAME RIGHT OUT OF THE 60'S OR 70'S, OR YOU CAN PAY MORE AND HAVE A NICE UP TO DATE APARTMENT. MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE. I SPENT 1 1/2 OF THE MOST HOTTEST MONTHS THIS YEAR WITHOUT AIR AND THEY DID NOT EVEN BRING IN A ACTUAL AIR CONDITIONER PERSON UNTIL AFTER A MONTH. THE PEOPLE WHO WERE HIRED LEFT MY HOUSE A MESS.
