The real gem at these properties is the management, Twila is always available and gets things fixed asap. She is also proactive, as is maintenance. The property is kept up and well maintained. The units are spacious! This is the place to be!!!

The apartment itself is decent but overpriced for what you get. The property manager is hard to get ahold of and is rarely in her office. The office isn’t even in this complex so you have to drive to another to drop of rent, etc. We have had multiple maintenance requests go unnoticed despite several attempts to get the issues resolved. They are more focused on preparing vacant apartments than handling requests for current tenants. The WiFi that comes with the apartment is horrific and is always going out, if you plan on working from home this is not ideal. There are random cars frequently abandoned

I have had the best experience living at River Birch Apartments. Twilla has been so great to work with! If I had any maintenance requests, they were addressed that day. The location is great. Minutes from the University and close to amazing restaurants and grocery stores! I would recommend River Birch apartments to everyone!

My time at River Birch was great! Huge apartments with oversized closets and tons of kitchen cabinets! My unit also had a great patio overlooking the pond. Twila and her team are always helpful and get things fixed quickly

Beautiful, safe, apartments. They ensure every unit is absolutely perfect before and during your residence. My unit had a garage that led into my apartment, which was convenient and safe. Twila, the manager, is caring and professional, and takes care of maintainence and noise complaints quickly. Lots of green space for dogs, and all utilities are included—even cable and WiFi!

I live in the West complex, next to the waffle house. If you're going to park your car outside, it is going to get broken into at some point. The place have zero security, and a neighbour's unit was broken into despite the fences.
The heating and insultation of units are awful. Evem though the rent includes utilities, you will get charged if your consumption is above average. They do not provide details on how they calculate the average. Because of the awful insulation, expect to pay more during Winter AND Summer. What makes the condo units worse is that the bottom floor is parquet and top floor

I've lived here for 2 years going on my third. Bottom line....River Birch Apts is a great place to live! Twila is a great lady and will help with anything you need. Neighbors are friendly and you can't beat the location!
