Kelly Farms is simply the best place to live in Columbia! I moved in March 2020 and this was my first real apartment. Aaron was so incredibly helpful walking me through the process and all of the steps and answering every question I had (which was a lot!) which made me feel that much more comfortable and confident in my decision to choose Kelly Farms. The amenities are wonderful, the apartments are new and beautiful, dog friendly, and all of the staff is absolutely amazing. I have lived in Kelly Farms Apartments for almost a year now, and I am extremely satisfied with the complex. The apartments are clean and modern with lots of storage space. Moved in in mid-April and found the staff very helpful and kind. Clubhouse facilities are swanky and the apartment is nice. Reservation fee was - and will always be - upsetting to me. The apartment I wanted was available for immediate move in yet I had to surrender a fee just to reserve? One star deduction for this policy. I'd rather pay the industry standard month or two of a refundable security deposit. Minor inspection deficiencies at move in were quickly corrected. The online move-in inspection was frustrating and another contributor to not rating 5 stars. This took me 15-25 minutes. How hard

Absolutely fell in love with this property after being taken on a tour. Had the pleasure of meeting Aaron who has been a godsend. He has made this move in process extremely easy and exciting. Communicated quickly and gave me all the information I needed in order to move forward. The apartments are spacious, updated and very clean. The property is overall well kept up! I’m excited for move in day!

I have been living here since Feb. 2021. They helped me with a smooth transition. The complex is quiet, the grounds are kept nicely, the apartment was clean when I moved in. I love Amazon Hub, can't wait to use the pool and love the extra amenities. Its convient location gets you downtown in like...6 (?) min, across town in 10 and is around a bunch of great places!

Without a doubt the nicest apartments in Columbia. I had a one bedroom with a garage, super nice and affordable. The staff is friendly, the maintenance crew rocks, and the amenities are all you could hope for. Easy to work with on getting your deposit back too. Location is super convenient, quick access to downtown, south side, I-70, and 63. Really enjoyed living here, cannot recommend enough.

I have loved living here since June and this review is way past due! This place is fabulous! The staff are wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are so nice! If considering, I highly recommend this place! And on top of that the apartment is doing a cute little boo thing for Halloween and hoping everyone will do it with their neighbors! Here's a bucket of stuff I got at my door! How fun!
