I don't recommend as he and his staff never communicate unless u call them. Even then, they don't call back unless u are persistent. Doesn't do work, as i later found out case was not even touched. He is not justice n he does not care for you or what happened. Greedy, unprofessional. I don't get how he can withdraw when his reasons are just lazy. Retainer agreement is in affect. He was nice to offer a consultation. I offered to pay for services but he didn't want the responsibility of a trial. He demanded 25k down, on an hourly rate of $195.
His demeanor was upset and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Yelled at me and told me to leave. I wasted enough of his time. I tried to initially buy his services today.
He called me names, said I was a fool and said that I am greedy and don't want to pay.
I NEVER HIRED HIM.
He was very belligerent and hostile. I only tried to bring him some business. Stay away from this attorney

First of all I take it for granted that most of the reviews are self-generated. Marc Grossman cares very deeply about being reviewed--indeed so much so that he has spent 5 years suing this former client for defamation for posting a truthful review of him. Indeed, this professional law firm was unable to successfully sue this self-represented academic (the case was dismissed--twice--for attorney non-appearance if you can believe that because the Judge barely could).

UPDATE: Sam Wasserson, the attorney I had hired through the Law Offices of Marc Grossman, and I went to fee arbitration on December 30th. This arbitration was arranged by the San Bernardino County Bar Assn. The arbitrator suggested that Attorney Wasserson waive the balance on my account. I have been a client of this firm since I hired them to deal with my divorce in 2008. NEVER have I refused to make a payment or been late on any payment for that matter. During my case they did a poor job at keeping me informed of what was giong on. They only thing they ever cared about was stating how much I owed every time my allowance was up and I gladly turned my payments in. When it came time to go to court, my original attorney didn't even represent me because he was on vacation.
