Just wanted to leave a review for Jim madden. He accepted $8000 from my mother to assist her in a rough divorce from an abusive spouse. He helped get the divorce decree finalized and set up all the terms that need to be followed. Come to find out, after the divorce was finalized, Jim actually does not follow through with the decree. Basically he isn't your lawyer anymore so the decree does not matter, basically just a piece of paper that was written up for no reason. SEVERAL terms in my mothers decree have been violated and she is forced to deal with an abusive ex spouse which she thought

Most empowering experience of my life. Mr. Madden and his incredible team were there when I lost everything, I was at rock bottom. They didn't bs me. They held me accountable for my mistakes. I obtained Mr. Madden's counsel after my first attorney was a huge letdown in court. I came across James from my previous attorney and after doing some research, from all accounts his other clients seemed to love him. I had seen him around in court the few times I'd been before; first up impression and something I immediately noticed is that James is ALWAYS on time, sitting with his clients outside the courtroom. When your previous attorney decides to just stroll in an hour late every time you have to go to court, you definitely notice things like that.

This review solely on my consultation because I have not hired this firm yet. I called and asked for an emergency consult and willing to take any appointment the lady said she can probably squeeze me in between 2 appointments. Without getting into details of my case, mine is quite difficult and I had over 10+consults, hired and fired 4 attorneys been going on for almost 4years!!
What I liked about this James is that he didn't oversell himself or make false hopes. He wanted to see my case throughly and wanted to discuss with my current attorney before taking it. He did not rush my appointment

James Madden is AMAZING. The Best Divorce lawyer around. A previous attorney had incorrectly filed my paperwork. Attorney Madden was able to quickly and inexpensively correct the mistakes. He is very patient in explaining the legal process and very thorough. He even took time to respond to me while he was on vacation! Can't say enough great things about this attorney!!! James Madden went above and beyond my expectations. He called to check in before my court date and after to make sure I didn't have any questions and to make sure I clearly understood what happened. He was always available for me to speak with over the phone and in person when I wanted. He fought hard for me in court and kept me updated on everything. I was sick to my stomach going through this unexpected child custody case and he gave me hope.
