Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Doug wasn’t easy to get a hold of. Once I did get in touch after reaching out multiple times, he asked some questions, took my personal info over the phone, including my social. Told me he’d get back to me with some numbers. It’s been well over a month and I’ve never heard a word from them.

Doug is simply THE BEST!!! We switched our business insurance to him (both Commercial and Auto policies) a couple years ago and wish we'd have done it sooner. Prior to switching, Doug was a business/personal friend already and would never hesitate to give us advice on insurance related questions when our current agent wasn't getting back to us.
