My experience with this agent and the rest of the team (especially Olena) has been nothing less than amazing! Everyone here is always willing to help us with any needs, and are always quick to answer the phone. We are Russian- Ukrainian speaking family and its important that they have assistance who can easily communicate with us. I would recommend this agent to anyone! Very professional and great customer service.

I have been with the Tony Edwards State Farm insurance agency for many, many years. I have been approached by other companies and offered to try their service with better rates. I did it once and went right back to Tony's agency. Why? Because I get the best service from Tony and his staff. They take the time to know my needs, remember be and it has been that way forever. Sure I have done the "check for better rates" apps and even talked to a few other agents. The quotes were not significantly less than what I get from Tony; the alleged savings is not enough to make me switch because I know how

Every experience I have had with this insurance agency has been amazing. Most of my interactions have been with Marcie who is just the most kindhearted and professional person I've had the pleasure of meeting, however, every person on this team that I have met have also been very helpful and kind.
