My wife and I used this company, a Mr. Neil Wilson came to inspect a residence we were looking at purchasing as our first home. He was very polite, professional, on time, etc. and sent a very clean looking report at the conclusion of his inspection. We purchased the home feeling comfortable that it had been inspected and no major issues were found.

Buying a new home can be an exciting time - but also stressful. Neil Wilson of 20/20 Home Inspections did much to make the home inspection stress free. Neil Wilson is the absolute best!!! Not only did he inspect my home in 7 degree weather, but he also wasn't feeling well and yet he kept a great attitude. My husband and I received a very thorough inspection report the following day, which was on a Sunday might I add. Clearly he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers receive top notch information about a life long investment.
