I used Cheatham Home Inspections almost every time my buyer needed an inspection and I was never disappointed. Thurman was thorough and professional. He was not an alarmist and concentrated on true issues. As a former contractor, he was knowledgeable and informative. If I were not retired, I would still be recommending this company to all my buyers. But since I am no longer in the business, I can just tell my friends and family to go with them. They are top notch and will do the best job.
